Snowbell the Elf
We had a visitor yesterday... an elf! Santa sent him to keep an eye on the kids and is reporting back to the North Pole each night. The kids gave him the name Snowbell. They are very excited to see where in the classroom they will find snowbell each day. Stay tuned to see where we find him next!

Veteran's Day
In honor of Veteran's Day, the kindergarteners made soldiers. We discussed qualities of soldiers and the kids decided that soldiers are brave, patriotic, kind, courageous, and fighters.

Patterning with Witch Legs and Scholastic Book Order
The kids practiced patterning by making witch's legs in art. The stripes on the legs are in an AB pattern. Check out the photos to see their project! I will place another Scholastic book order on Sunday. If your child would like some new books you can order them online, it is pretty easy! I sent home another flyer with holiday books earlier this week.
